Most platforms specialise in intelligence or workflow. TrakIntel connects the two.
Data platforms own the intelligence. Workflow platforms own the governance. TrakIntel is an enterprise innovation intelligence and execution platform built for the path between them, where the thread from an outside signal to an inside decision usually snaps.
Enterprises do not lack information. They lack continuity from signal to decision. Everything TrakIntel does is evidence for that one sentence.
What every answer has to be
Enterprise-relevant
Scored against your products, markets, business units, priorities and approved technology boundaries. Not against the whole world.
Evidence-backed
Every score, shortlist and decision carries its reason and its sources, so it can be defended a year later and revisited when the picture changes.
Human-governed
Agents detect, explain, search, compare and assess. A named person approves every step that moves a pilot forward, and the approval is recorded.
Built from one observation.
TrakIntel started with a sentence, not a product. Every year since has been spent proving that the sentence was right.
2022
The observation
Enterprises did not lack information. Every innovation team we met was drowning in it. What they lacked was continuity: the thread between the signal, the evidence and the decision kept snapping as work changed hands.
2023
First internal workflows
We built the first governed workflows for our own research and scouting work, and learned that the graph underneath mattered more than the interface on top.
2024
Platform launch
TrakIntel launched with six enterprise workflows, an innovation graph of organisations, patents and research, and one evidence trail running underneath all of them.
2025
Scaling with enterprise customers
Agent Studio opened the six agents to customers, Venture Clienting grew into the seven-stage process, and enterprise relevance became the mechanism behind every score.
Everyone owns half of the problem.
Data platforms own the intelligence. Workflow platforms own the governance. Assistants own neither for long. TrakIntel is built for the path between them, where the thread usually snaps.
Condensed from a review of thirteen platforms across eight capabilities, July 2026. The three columns here are the ones that separate the categories. Integration-led does not mean weak.
| Category | Owns the intelligence | Owns the workflow | Owns the path between |
|---|---|---|---|
General AI assistants ChatGPT, Claude Flexible, but no maintained graph, no persistent monitoring and no governed execution. | Partial or integration-led | Not offered | Not offered |
Data-native platforms AlphaSense, CB Insights, Tracxn, Patsnap, StartUs Insights Strong proprietary content. Pilot governance is weak or absent. | Core product | Partial or integration-led | Not offered |
Workflow-native platforms ITONICS, HYPE, Qmarkets, Wellspring Strong governance. Intelligence depth is integration-led, which is not the same as weak. | Partial or integration-led | Core product | Not offered |
Venture clienting platforms GlassDollar Runs the same seven-stage lifecycle as TrakIntel's own Venture Clienting system, without AI-led scouting or a native intelligence foundation underneath it. | Not offered | Core product | Partial or integration-led |
TrakIntel Three systems, one path A maintained innovation graph and governed execution in one product, with the evidence trail connecting them. | Core product | Core product | Core product |
Built in Bengaluru, for the teams that own what happens next.
We work with corporate innovation, strategy, IP and corporate development teams, and with the executives who fund them. The product is built for a risk-averse buyer, and the company is run the same way: no superlatives, every claim carrying its evidence or labelled illustrative, and no agent that sounds like it decides anything.

Bring a real use case.
See how TrakIntel would follow it from the first signal to a governed decision. A domain you monitor, a pilot you are trying to run, or something the board asked.
No confidential or proprietary information is required for the initial walkthrough.
